Nice idea, but there are several flaws I see in it.
1) I hate the move-set, for the most part. Butterfly Net's nice, but two of the moves revolve around other characterss (Extreme and Up-B), the Neutral-B could use improvement, and the Down-B just flat-out sucks, to put it bluntly. 2) Name could be changed.

1) Me too. It's hard to picture good fighting moves for AC characters, but at the same time it's hard to imagine that they won't show up, either. 2)To?

I like it, everything's good except the B^. However, the Super Smash and character name rocks!

But, at the same time, you did do Nook spectacularly. "Animal Crosser" could get some objects from around the place. That fruit you had was a good idea, I just don't like how it ended up. 2) Was there a default name for the Animal Crossing character?

Nah, there's no default name for the AC player character.

*bumps*
I've sadly never played any Animal Crossing game, but couldn't this be likely now? A proper name is not required, and as far as I know, the other major guys that aren't Mr. Resetti already do something else.
I also heard that one of the female template characters is or will be the protagonist of the Animal Forest / Animal Crossing movie. Which is good because the amount of females is never enough.
