Well it's difficult for me to think of other things besides water-based attacks. The Star Coin is the only attack in the Stafy series that looks like an Extreme Attack. It also doesn't have anything to do with water. Here is one Extreme Attack that I came up with when I was dreaming about Stafy being in M.U.G.E.N., but I'm afraid it would look very odd in stages like the Halberd, the Great Fox, and other similar stages:
Extreme Attack: Splash'N Thrash - (Either Stafy or Grandfather Rob the Lobster would summon a spell that causes a tsunami to splash across the entire screen, while Stafy begins to use his Shooting Star move across the screen, while rapidly hitting his opponents several times. Stafy using his Shooting Star move in the water is more powerful and faster than using it out of the water).
And by the way, I added his STATUS and his BRIEF INFO.

That is a good one, regardless of the oddity in visual appearance in those sorts of stages.

Here are four different looks of Stafy: Also, here are some samples of the first two vocal Stafy themes: Sung by BECKY for Legend of Stafy 1AND Sung by Kazuki Saya for Legend of Stafy 2They even made some karaoke versions (which they are instrumental) and some original songs for Stafy, like BOYFRIEND'S ROOKIE (sung by BECKY) and ぼくはスタフィー (translated as "I am Stafy"; sung by Kazuki Saya).

I've decided two things.
1) Stafy's Up-B, Kyorosuke, is fine. 2) The Final "Star Coin" could be fine with minor edits.
