Please read these notes if you think my idea is far fetched
Notes: Why Baby Bowser
1) Baby Bowser was the great villain in Super Mario World 2, and we will probably see him again in Yoshi's Island 2. Moreover, he deserved a trophy in Melee, which means he isn't minor.
2) Remember that Baby Bowser and Bowser Jr. aren't the same person, although they look alike. Baby Bowser is Bowser when he was young, whereas Bowser Jr. is Bowser's son.
3) If you think it would be weird to have Baby Bowser and Bowser in the same game, just think about SSBM: Link and Young Link were both in.

[glow=red,2,300]Special Moves (B)[/glow]
Except for B^, all the moves are from the game (including Extreme, Taunt, Entrance)
B: Aiming Fireball
B >/<: Rock Rain
B ^: Shell Spin
B v: Wave Pound
Aiming Fireball
This fireball can be sent with great precision. Press B once, and a small red cross will appear in front of BB. You can move this cursor with the "C" stick(or the stick which will replace it in the Wii). While you are aiming, BB can still move and jump, but he can't attack anymore. Press B again to spit out a fireball in the direction of the cursor. Each fireball damages for 7%.
Rock Rain
BB summons three stones which fall from the sky and crash on the ground about 2 meters in front of him. If a foe is hit by a stone, he will get 8% damage. If a rock touches a fighter in the air, he will be propelled downward; thus, this can be used as a Meteor attack.
Shell Spin
A classic recovery move, similar to Bowser's B^ move (Whirling Fortress). Hitting an opponent while spinning will damage him for 13%.
Wave Pound
BB does a Ground Pound attack similar to Yoshi's Bv, but with a few differences. When BB lands onto the ground, a couple of shockwaves will shake the ground on each side of him. Being touched by BB damages for 15%, being touched by a shockwave damages for 6%. There is a small chance you can crush your opponent which will become as flat as a sheet of paper during 5 seconds (yes, yes, it's from the game. Seeing Baby Bowser crushing his faithful Kamek is something you can't forget )
[glow=red,2,300]Extreme Attack[/glow]
Big Bad Baby Bowser: BB transforms into Big Bad Baby Bowser, and thus becomes even taller than Giga Bowser. He then stands in the far background of the stage, and rushes toward the stage. Except when you are playing on huge stages, or except if you use well your doule jump, this attack is impossible to avoid, and deals massive damage. (idea from SMW2, and from Kriven)
[glow=red,2,300]Normal Moves (A)[/glow]
Same as Bowser
[glow=red,2,300]Taunt[/glow]
Baby Bowser folds his arms and says "You're mine! MINE!"
[glow=red,2,300]Entrance[/glow]
