Again, I've added notes before the submission itself, so if Giegue seems a weird idea to you, please read them!
[glow=red,2,300]Notes: Why Giegue?[/glow]
1) Giegue was the great villain of Mother 1, and he thus was the final boss you defeated in that game. So, he is obviously not too minor to be submitted as a character.
2) Shrikeswind said on his website that he wanted some creepy submissions fro the upcoming Halloween update. Actually, Giegue isn't the nicest character of Nintendo universe, and he has a pretty spooky look, so...
3) Giegue cannot really walk, so he would rather float in the air. And so what? Mewtwo is always hovering in SSBM, so there is no problem about ths way of moving!
[glow=red,2,300]Character[/glow]
Name: Giegue
From: Mother 1
Year: 1987
System: NES
[glow=red,2,300]Status[/glow]
Speed: 2/5
Strenght: 3/5
Jump: 4/5
Weight: 2/5
Falling speed: 1/5

A cool Fan Art, showing Giegue and Ninten
A sprite:
[glow=red,2,300]B Moves[/glow]
B: Inexplicable Attack
B>/<: Omega Saucer
B^: PSI Teleport
Bv: Star Miner
Inexplicable Attack: Giegue will fire a mysterious beam which, as in Mother, appears to be an inexplicable attack. It has a random effect, that can be one of these attacks:
-50% chance: PSI Beam: 10% damage
-30% chance: PSI Fire: like Ness's B>/< move in SSBM, slightly stronger and with the burning effect
-10% chance: PSI Freeze: 8% damage and freezes the opponent for two seconds as if he was hit by a Freezie
-10% chance: PSI Flash: stuns the opponent for three seconds
Omega Saucer: Giegue tosses an Omega Saucer in front of him. This tiny UFO will fly on a straight path, about two meters above the ground, until it hits a wall or gets out of the screen. The Omega Saucer only damages for 3% if he rams an opponent, but it will fire a vertical PK Beam toward the ground (under him) at a pretty high frequency. If someone gets hit by a beam, he will get 12% damage. You can dodge the beam, or just jump above the Saucer to avoid being hit, but it remains dangerous. Pic:
PSI Teleport: It's easy to understand what this move is like. Giegue warps from one place to another using the power of PSI Teleport. You can choose your destination with the analog. It's a great recovery move, but it doesn't damage the opponent.
Star Miner: Giegue pulls out a Star Miner, and tosses it at an opponent. Once you have pulled it out, you have to press the A button to throw the Star Miner at an enemy. The Star Miner will explode, damaging the opponent for 14%. If you don't tos it quickly, the Star Miner will eventually escape from Giegue's hands and will go on walking onto the stage like a Bob-Omb. Pic:
[glow=red,2,300]Extreme Attack[/glow]
Giygas: Giegue will collapse, and his own spirit, Giygas, will come out of his body. That red swirling mass can shoot powerful PSI attacks when you press B, which allows you to damage a lot your opponents. The damage percentage of the opponents will also progressively increase if they stay in that mass. CPUs would run away from Giygas, though it's almost impossible to flee in small stages like Fountain of Dreams. After 15 seconds, Giygas will go back inside Giegue's body. Fan Art of Gyigas:
[glow=red,2,300]A Moves[/glow]
Punches, kicks, occasionally headbutts, and hits with his "tentacles" are mainly Giegue's A moves.
[glow=red,2,300]Taunt[/glow]
Giegue will say contemptuously: "You cannot do anything with your meager powers" (quote from the game)
[glow=red,2,300]Entrance[/glow]
Giegue drops down from his Mother Ship.
[glow=red,2,300]Ending Theme[/glow]
Such a cool theme!
