This is one of the instantly recognizable stage variations from the whole Donkey Kong game series. Although with only two levels sharing this stage variation in Donkey Kong Country, it features unique elements from the game, including the oil drums that got lit, platforms that fell slowly, and several bonus rooms hidden inside walls, all accompanied by a cool industrial-themed background song.

Description:
The mechanics of this stage is as follows. The layout of the fighting area is made of two solid platforms, each one the length of Termina's Bay laboratory or Cranky's hut. In the middle of them, an oil drum is placed. This drum can serve as a platform, except when it occasionally combusts (each 15 seconds); in this case, all nearby characters will be burnt for an instant, taking a damage of 15% or so.
In the background, a Manky Kong will stand ready to throw a barrel at the position of one of the characters each 30 seconds. The speed the barrel rolls at is random; whether the barrel is a TNT Barrel or not is also random (damage given by a barrel or TNT Barrel is the same as the one given by a Barrel SSB item or an exploding Barrel SSB item respectively). If a TNT Barrel hits the oil drum while it's lit, then the oil drum will explode dealing a big damage to nearby characters. The resulting pit will be there until a new oil drum rises 10 seconds later.
Metallic platforms are situated at each side of the stage. Beware as they will start falling once they're stepped on.
Xatu's forecast:
Medium chances of appearing in SSBB
----------
What I like from this stage apart from its background music is the fact that it carries the DK action to places which are not necessarily jungles. Factories are very often seen in DK platform and arcade games (Pie Factory in Donkey Kong, Kremcrock Industries, Inc. in Donkey Kong Country, Mekanos in Donkey Kong Country 3, Frantic Factory in Donkey Kong 64; not sure if there's any in DK: King of Swing or DK: King of Swing DS).
In SSBM, the two new DK playable stages were either made-up or mixed with elements from various games. If Nintendo wishes to include actual places (like Kongo Jungle stage from SSB), then I hope a stage like this one appears.
