In diamond yeah.
And I might've seen it on some of the pokemon battle revolution video's on youtube and not noticed it.

Okay, what are Flash Cannon and Feint? What happens? Their just attacks.... I don't remeber that good because none of my Pokemon know Flash Cannon or Feint. But Feint only works when your opponent uses Protect or Detect. Edit: Weird. My Dialga just learned Flash Cannon. The Pokemon sorta charges up...you see like lines going inside of him and then they shoot some sort of grey ball.

Why not teach a Pokemon Feint?

Why not teach a Pokemon Feint? It only works if the opponent Pokemon uses Protect or Detect. Very rare.

For in-game scenarios, there are a lot of Meditite inside and around Mt. Coronet, and they often use Detect. Burmy (from Honey trees) often use Protect.
Easy-to-get Pokémon that learn Feint early include Riolu, Lucario, Monferno, Meditite itself, and Pikachu.

Meditites are like the only ones that use it. I never use honey.

Well, I just saw Feint in action!! Feint is a Normal-type punching move, which as Ansur and Shadrio have mentioned, only works on Pokémon using Detect or Protect. The attacker fakes one punch at one side of the target, then a second punch at the other side of the target, and finally impacts on the target (at this point, "the target fell for the feint"). SSB-wise, I don't like it that much anymore . Not sure if you guys still do. As for Flash Cannon (even though Ansur and Shadrio have pretty much already described it), I found this two days ago.

So, basically, it's a triple punch in which only the final punch is real. I kinda figured on that one, but I don't want to say anything entirely on speculation.
Feint, anyways, given that, isn't something I'm keen on. Let's brain-storm again.
