Design counts as well... And so does situation (Snakes Bazooka)

Eh, we can't be sure there. Since Fox's Blaster is designed like a real-world gun, its ammo saves it. Snake's Bazooka is fine because it fires explosives, which Smash Bros. has had since it started. Can't have Smash Bros. without a big ol' boom. But have we seen bullets ripping through Smash Bros. yet? We can't be sure if it's bullets that determine that.

Okay, but can the wolves appear in the taunt. What wolves? He may mean how in Darkstalkers, sometimes Jon Talbain (the werewolf character) would be on the screen or run across the screen for some of BB Hood's moves, paying a homage to the Red Riding Hood and big bad wolf thing. Or sometimes before fights in the game Talbain would be there and BB Hood would blast him away or chase him off. Not sure how he got it mixed up with a taunt though. Oddly enough BB's Uzi move (if that's what we're talking about here) doesn't show the bullets hitting someone. If that helps. Anyway doing away with Bonnie's Uzi move is fine. That's really the only move she has that uses bullets except one special where other Darkhunters (positive I got that term wrong just now) jump on screen and blast people but the blast is a mixture of rockets and stuff as well. Anyway I think her speed should be higher but the rest of the stats are fine. She's a majorly popular character in the Darkstalkers world and recognized by her Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 appearance. Though I think if BB Hood is submitted, it will only be natural for me to submit Morrigan, who is widely agreed upon being the star of Darkstalkers. Thumbs up for the submission, just make her faster.

It sorta does, but you'd kinda have to show bullets in Smash.
You mean other Darkstalkers, but I get what you mean.

That, arranged, can be.

Oh. Then apparently I'm an idiot. It's understandable. That you didn't understand I mean. Not being an idiot. XD Haha. Darkstalkers is a relatively unknown franchise in America, even though Japan jumped on it like wolves.
