Point taken, of course. Still, it does seem a likely occurance.

May your mind change when the star of reality shines not so far from your time and space.

Very nice submission!! Don't you still have any idea for the Extreme?

I haven't really been working on it, actually.

Of course we wasn't expecting what happened several months later, but this deserves a bump for the sake of discussing its possible moveset, huh? ^_^
Okay, Aqua Tail is meant to be just a contact move made with the tail. Its visual effect in the Nintendo DS implies a wave of water that results from the attack. A perfect Side + B move or a Smash Attack if you ask me, though I don't want to get rid of Skull Bash.
Hydro Pump could even be its Final Smash if you think about it.
My position about starters is unclear now, because "Pokémon Trainer" doesn't have a proper name, which might or not imply that we'll see the other Pokémon human protagonists in SSB.

With that, we're going to need a couple more submissions. I've rebuilt the submission, though it's not written up yet. I'll have it done.

you do make a point about the Hydro Pump as a FS...but my mind is fixed on the idea of the Elemental Hyper Beams being the FS for these guys...

I agree Hydro Pump as Up + B was really cool, but I actually can't see any other Final Smash-worthy move for this Pokémon (not while I type this).

Problem is, the only one who can learn the Elemental Hyper Beam of the line-up is Charizard. The lady only teaches it to a fully-evolved starter, which Squirtle and Ivysaur certainly aren't.

I guess that makes sence, even though I already knew it, the hype of having them just calmed down, so now I'll stay quiet

BTW, if anyone cares, every fully-evolved starter can learn those moves (I just learned the 9 of them can in FR/LG). And the 12 of the full set can in Sinnoh. Though I don't see Hydro Cannon being conceptually adequate for any other starter than Blastoise.

By the way, Johans, that star of reality you mentioned? It has shone. Quite brightly, actually.

That's called Wish, and Natu and Xatu know it, too . Sort of a right-brain equivalent of Future Sight.
