Involving Defense Form's Teleport, what exactly do you mean by "immobile?"

I initially thought of it as a Teleport that doesn't make the user enter helpless mode. But now that you mention it, it could get way too advantageous for the user. My idea was to give a "defensive" feeling to Teleport (since Attack Form's Teleport has an "offensive" feeling). Maybe it could work if the user could enter helpless mode and at the same time be invulnerable while falling?

I see. Alright, I can work with invulnerability while falling.

Thanks, Phinos.
I updated to reflect the American names of the newest moves (Zen Headbutt in this case).

I love this submission. However, Pyscho Boost should be a B move (for Power), because it is one Deoxys's main move (silimar to how Lucario's Wave-Guiding Bomb). However the Transformation thing should be changed to an vB and Deoxys should have just a set of 4 moves.
I'm not hating this idea, but Shrikeswind shoulsn't have to all four of the Deoxys as seperate pages.

Does anybody else agree with captainultimate on Psycho Boost? He's right about it being signature of Deoxys (however, it's so powerful, I assigned it to extreme).
I'm not sure about the Down + B suggestion.

No, Psycho Boost is Deoxys' signature move, but as you said, it's too powerful for a regular attack.
As for the seperate pages comment, I will have four pages to accompany each transformation, however, Deoxys will not have four icons. The reasoning is that, unlike Zelda/Sheik or Ganon/Ganondorf, Deoxys is still Deoxys no matter his form, as opposed to Ganondorf's the human and Ganon's the pig-beast or Zelda's the princess and Sheik's the ninja. Deoxys is always Deoxys. The only real difference in the pages is that his picture will have a letter to correspond to each form, for example, Attack form gets an A. Given that Deoxys has four forms to choose from, there will be a new way to select the form you want. What is it, you ask? Well, that'd be telling.

Okay, now the term "Extreme Attack" is "Final Smash" in this submission. I'm going to revise my past characters submissions and make others as soon as possible (otherwise, they will never match the SSBB content on time! ). I added its Pokémon Ability as an "easter egg" the only way I deem feasible. Tell me if you like it.

Eh, you really don't have to go edit it. I get what you mean. Extreme, Final Smash, same difference.
