Didn't I just say that?
Anyway, I just noticed that there's a topic for Mario's Final Smash. Walks you through the attack. Call me dumb if you guys have talked about this but, it seems when you grab the Smash Orb, you can choose when to unleash it. I just found this out. You guys have probably already figured that put but I just noticed it.

No, you said you wanted Fox first, then the newbie.
That came quite obviously, actually, in the first trailer. Remember that Mario landed on the main platform, but then proceeded to perform it on a floating platform.

Using the Wii Remote alone? The Wii Remote doesn't look like it will have enough buttons for you to use. The Wii Remote + Nunchuk together would have more buttons to use, but you'll probably feel odd holding them, because it's just like holding two controllers instead of one.
When Nintendo releases SSBB, people should give out codes on how to unlock characters, stages, and other stuff, without ever telling who or what they will unlock. For example, tell them to beat Classic Mode with any character on any difficulty level, but don't tell them it's Jigglypuff.
If Sakurai said that he will add some lesser-known Nintendo characters, then I assume they would mostly be retro characters (e.g. Mach Rider, Fighter Hayabusa, Ice Climbers, etc.), followed by characters from titles released in only two nations/continents (e.g. Mike from StarTropics series, Kururin, any Ray from the Custom Robo series, etc.), and then characters from titles exclusive in one country (e.g. Tin Star, DeMille, Stafy, etc.).

Sakurai mentioned that. Direct quote...
However, there are enough buttons on the Wii Remote to perform all the moves you can think of. It's just that one of these isn't a button, specifically, a tad bit of the motion sensing. My theory is that the D-Pad alone would do nothing, but in tangent with the motion sensing, it'd cause the character to move, kinda like how you can tip-toe or dash in Melee with varying power on the control stick. I want to use a Smash attack, a Side attack, or a Basic Attack, I hit the button and tilt the controller to varying degrees, say, 0 degrees gets Basic, 1 to 45 gets Side, 45 up gets Smash. I want to make it a dash, I simply dash and hit the button.
This update also explains something very important. We all started complaining that he called the Up-B the "Up Special Attack." Now I think I understand it. B shares the position with a number!

Yeah, that's true. Hmm... But what will "the default controller" be? Sakurai seems to be favoring the GCN one (not even the Classic Controller). That would be very odd. Maybe your controller preferences are saved once you first create a save file for the game.
Your "Wii Remote alone" theory sounds sensible.

I don't think there will be a default controller. I get this feeling that Brawl will just work with the P1 Controller, be it the Wii Remote or the GCN controller.

My question is if you will be able to let Player 1 use a GCN controller, and let P2 use a Classic at the same time.

Possibly. It's entirely possible you could have a fight with all four controller types.

Allow me to translate...
It's, indeed, on the English site. No moves, just that.
