As you probably know it, I'm French, and these days there have been elections in my country. We now have a new president. I wanted to know how people from other countries see these events. Are you guys interested in what happens in France?

Oh, I wasn't aware of this ^_^;. So who's Sarkozy? Was he a good candidate? Coincidentally (and albeit it's a developing nation), we're going to have elections this year in Guatemala. I'm very indecisive about who to vote for. A particular thing about the elections system here is that there are many more than 2 parties, like in Canada or Australia.

@ Johans, I supported Nicolas Sarkozy, and I think he will be a great president!! When will be those elections in Guatemala? I will probably hear about it, anyways, medias always talk about elections. And in France too, there are far more than two parties. @ Mr. G, what would you like to know?

Well, I'm glad it was a good candidate . Elections will be this year in September in Guatemala. It's possible that we'll have a second round in November or so.
