Weird name! And the stage is even more strange!
Name: Living-Room
General location: Sandersons' house
From: Chibi Robo
Year: 2006
System: Gamecube
Pics:
This stage is set in a living-room of course, but all the characters are as tiny as Cihibi-Robo, which makes this normal room a huge fighting place. About the layout, you can fight on the floor in the whole room, so it's obviously a great place to fight on. As you can see on the first pic, there are two armchairs in the middle of the battlefield. You can fight under them, or onto them, using the armrests and the cushions as platforms. Your jumping abilities are increased when fighting on the cushions.
There is a TV in the background (look at the second pic) which works the same way as the big screen in SSBM's Pokemon Stadium. When the TV is turned on, it will ive some indications about the battle (leader, loser, time or stocks remaining, etc...). Sometimes, some scenes taken from all Nintendo games will appear on the screen.
There is no pit in the living-room (I hope you don't have pits either in your living-room, otherwise you would have to worry). You can KO your opponents by tossing offscreen on the left, on the right, or score a star-KO. When you star-KO a foe, you will see him sent high in the sky through a window in the background.
Some hazards will turn up during the battle, causing trouble on the screen. The big robot you can see on the first pic will come and shoot lasers at the players, damaging them for 7%. The cute dog you can see on the pic below will show up as well, ramming the players (15% damage), licking them affectionately (stunning efect for 3 seconds, or just getting asleep in the middle of the floor. While the dog is asleep, you can use his back as an extra platform. A few more robots will try to hit the players. They deal mild damage, but their presence can be pretty annoying when they come in groups. Have a look at that pic:
Rarely, the owners of the house will also walk across the room, occasionnally crushing the players under their feets, which damages for 15% and buries the fighter in the ground for 2 seconds. The father and his caughter are seen more often.
So?
