Here is another character submission by Phinos and I.
Name: O'Chunks
From: Super Paper Mario
Console: Wii
Year 2007
Special Moves:
B: O'Whirl
B>/<: Shoulder Charge
B^: Chunks Away
Bv: Chunk Off
Final Smash: Chunk Up
"O'Whirl": O'Chunks starts spinning at high speed, knocking away rather far any foe he touches. You can move along the battlefield while spinning, too.
"Shoulder Charge": O'Chunks will put his arm in front of him like a shield and he will start charging at his foe. Players that get hit will take 17% of damage and get knocked back pretty far.
"Chunks Away": O'Chunks sort of boosts upwards like when Wario uses Wario Waft. It goes at a good height. If anyone gets hit, they will take 9% of damage.
"Chunk Off": O'Chunks pulls out of the ground a green chunk and tosses it at the opponent. You can randomly pull out chunks of different sizes, dealing from 7 to 18% damage
Chunk Up: O'Chunks will shout out "Chunk Up!" as he did in the game where he increases his size. For about 15 seconds all of his stats will double, making him much more powerful. Once 15 seconds pass he will immidiately power down.
Entrance: O'Chunks uses Chunks Away onto the stage
Taunt: It is shown on the picture, and there is another one. When he KOs an opponent he will do one of his Taunts from SPM as if he tossed Mario.
