For character submissions of all sorts. I'll use our favorite little game-star, Mario.
There are four ways you can submit A attacks. Each of them has their own advantages and disadvantages.
This is the Table Method. Fairly long to do, but I'll let you copy the table to simplify it. The good thing about this one is that you can just skim it by so you don't have to stir through all the moves. It's also more organized. The problem is the potential to take forever.
You may copy the code below the table if you want.
Dash Attack: Sliding Kick
A Combo: Two-punch Kick
Realize that not all characters have an A combo, like Pikachu, but A combos are a part of the moveset regardless, so in characters with them, it's best to mention this.
The second style is the Color Method. The longest method, but it can be the most descriptive. Essentially, you seperate it from everything else through another color, font, or both. I prefer green and italic, so that I'll do.
A: Punch
Side-A: Kick
Dash-A: Sliding Kick
A Combo: Two-Punch Kick
Up-A: Uppercut
Down-A: Low Kick
Side-C: Fire Palm
Up-C: Head Slam
Down-C: Spin Kick
Nair: Air Kick
Uair: Flip Kick
Fair: Meteor Punch
Bair: Reverse Kick
Dair: Screw Kick
Up Throw: Upwards Throw
Front Throw: Spin Throw
Back Throw: Tornado Throw
Down Throw: Flying Mare
Hold Attack: Punch[/font]
As you can see, it's extremely long. However, as mentioned, it's potentially the most descriptive.
The third trick is the Summary Method. Basically, you generalize the moves. This one is quite non-descript but is rather quick to do. It looks something like....
Mario's A attacks are based around punches, kicks, head-butts, and palm-strikes. His throws use alot of spins.
Not very descriptive at all, but it's the second easiest to do for you and does mention the moves.
The final method is the Silence Method. Basically, you don't say a word and let me make stuff up. I advise against this if you envision moves that suit the area. If you're fine with it, though, then don't worry.
That's basically it. Later.
