The trio from Jet Force Gemini, the 1999 Rareware developed game for the N64. God I love that game. Note: All characters made their debut in the same game, so up here is where I list it all.
Name: Juno
Moves
Up-B: Jetpack
Juno launches upwards in a fiery tackle.
B: Machine Gun
Juno fires a stream of lasers from a gun. By holding the button, Juno fires the gun longer, shooting more lasers.
Side-B: Shuriken
Juno pulls out a throwing star and, true to purpose, throws it. The Shuriken is really a cross between ROB's Gyros and Samus' Missles: No it doesn't explode, yes you can pick it up and throw it like a regular item after use, and yes by tilting rather than smashing the control stick the Shuriken tilts towards enemies slightly.
Down-B: Grenade
Juno pulls out a small blue grenade. Like Link's Bombs, Juno can hurl them, drop them, throw them, or toss them in the air, based on buttons pressed (Down-B, Down-A, A, and Up-A, respectively.) In fact, the only difference between this and Link's Bomb move is that the Grenades bounce twice before going off if they hit the floor, making their trajectory more like Mario's Fireballs.
Final: Plasma Shotgun
Not exactly the most efficient weapon in Jet Force Gemini due to the charge time, however, the Plasma Shotgun is a powerful weapon when fully charged, though almost useless when not so much. Juno takes out the Plasma Shotgun for his Final Smash, charges it to maximum power, then fires. The ion blast isn't exactly massive (it's the size of Juno, making it large and nothing more,) but it is fast and powerful, so if anyone is in Juno's line of fire, they're going to get fried.
Entrance: Juno is dropped out of his Escape Pod.
Up-Taunt: Juno tosses his machine gun in the air, catches it, and puts it away.
Side-Taunt: Juno pulls out a grenade and surveys it.
Down-Taunt: Juno does a knee-slide dance. (Yes, I have seen him do it.)

Name: Vela
Moves
Up-B: Jetpack
Same as Juno's. Vela's Up-B is to Juno's what Mario's Up-B is to Luigi's, i.e., Vela's combos while Juno's hits once.
B: Tri Rocket Launcher
Vela pulls out a hand-held missle launcher and fires a trio of rockets from it. The rockets have a fairly large spread, and they don't necessarily all blow up at once, meaning that the other two rockets can keep going after the first one went off.
Side-B: Homing Missle
Vela fires a missle from another hand-held missle launcher. The Homing Missle, as its name implies, seeks out targets. Though it does lock onto and follow a single enemy, it can be dodged by either pawning it off on someone else (including the shooter,) by hiding behind something, or by getting out of range (it blows up on its own after a few seconds.)
Down-B: Cluster Bomb
Vela pulls out a bomb. Press left or right on the control stick to throw it. Then it's best to not go anywhere near it, as after the initial explosion, the Cluster Bomb throws out three more mini-bombs that will increase the range of the explosion.
Final: Plasma Shotgun
Same as Juno's.
Entrance: Vela is dropped out of her Escape Pod.
Up-Taunt: Vela reloads her Tri Rocket Launcher.
Side-Taunt: Vela brushes her hand through her hair.
Down-Taunt: Vela laughs, hand over face, waving. (She may actually have been facepalming, but I'm not 100% sure either way.)

Name: Lupus
Moves
Up-B: Rocket Booster
Lupus fires up his Rocket Booster feet and lifts off. It's just like ROB's Up-B.
B: Shocker
Lupus' gun fires a stream of electricity for as long as the button is held. After a few seconds, though, he stops on his own.
Side-B: Pistol
Lupus' gun fires a quick laser. The laser may be fired six times before it needs to recharge.
Down-B: Proximity Mine
Lupus flicks a mine out. If anyone passes over it or after five seconds have passed, it will explode.
Final: Plasma Shotgun
Same as Juno's and Vela's.
Entrance: Lupus is dropped out of his Escape Pod.
Up-Taunt: Lupus howls.
Side-Taunt: Lupus scratches behind his ear with his hind paw.
Down-Taunt: Lupus shuffles his front paws.

Special Abilities: Lupus can hover. This is similar to Peach's ability in all aspects, including that the hovering doesn't boost him up much, instead just letting him float left and right.
