Name: Koopa Game: Super Mario Bros. (reminding that I consider the turtles from Mario Bros. a sub-species) Year: 1985 Moves Up-B Shell Slam: Koopa ducks into his shell and springs upwards in a quick tackle. B Water Bomb: Koopa shoots a fairly large bubble out to splash the enemy and do a decent amount of damage. It doesn't really do much else though. Side-B Shell Slide: Koopa ducks into his shell and spins rapidly, charging up energy. Release the button and Koopa zips along the ground. Down-B Shell Spin: Koopa ducks into his shell and spins around three times before coming out, damaging anyone nearby and deflecting projectiles. Final Shell Blitz: A huge Koopa Shell appears. Koopa jumps upwards and slams it with a powerful two-legged kick that drives it across the stage, severely hurting anyone in the way. Up-D: Koopa jumps up and down making a "Bork bork" noise. Side-D: Koopa scratches the back of his head as if embarassed. Down-D: Koopa does a quick shell spin on his back. Stats Speed :: 3/10 Power :: 7/10 Jump :: 5/10 Fall :: 6/10 Size :: 5/10 Weight :: 6/10 Traction :: 5/10 Koopa's lost speed is compensated by an increase in power. However, Koopa is generally about average.

I like it. Though Koopa is confirmed as an enemy, this is a good idea and moveset. For the vB though, do characters get caught in the spin like Mario Tornado?

No. It's more like Bowser's Up-B, except it gives him literally no lift.
And really, I don't give a damn about how confirmed a character is as an enemy, a costume, or even being cut. Look at the site! I have Daisy and Ness (God rest his virtual soul) up there, and they're about as in as my left ass-cheek.
