BGMusic: Saphire Safari Zone - www.vgmusic.com/music/console/nintendo/gba/PkmRS-Safari.mid
The Safari Zone stage is set-up differently then what is shown on the map. It is a brightly colored stage with occasional Pokemon hazards and only a certain area to get downward KO's in. The stage is set up as two grassy sides and a lake in the middle which acts as a downward KO point. A cliff as seen in the screen, appears on the left side of the screen to create a more diverse, yet still basic, playing field. A Dragonair will occasionally swim to the surface of the lake, acting as a long platform that swims back and forth through the water. Bewar of it's diving back under, however. Exeggcute will constantly stand in the background, creating a psychic platform above the lake, this is the highest platform on the stage. Occasionally the Exeggcute will need rest, and the platform will disappear. Other Pokemon will occasionally appear as well, to create the stages main hazards.
Tauros - The most common Pokemon here, is Tauros. They show up in stampedes that rush in from the background to ram into people.
Kangaskhan - The mother Kangaskhan jumps in from a side of the screen, landing on one side of the lake. Don't be too close to her, she'll give you a nasty punch that'll send you flying. She jumps off stage quickly.
Venomoth - Venomoth will fly over the stage, raining Sleep Powder onto the Smashers. The Powder can be avoided with a shield, but if you're too slow, you'll get put right to sleep.
Dragonair - Like I said, Dragonair occasionally rises from the depths of the lake to act as a swimming platform.
Exeggcute - Also previously mentioned, Exeggcute is constantly in the background creating a psychic platform.
Seaking - The lake is also a home to Seaking. These horned fish Pokemon leap out of the water, ramming unlucky Smashers with their horns.
Miltank - Miltank will slowly walk in from the side of the screen, then use a rollout until she reaches the lake, at which point she'll briefly stop, sitting down on the grass. She then uses rollout to exit the stage.
Ambipom - Ambipom drops down from above. He spins around, whipping his tailpalms wildly, knocking Smashers around. If you have an item, he'll steal it and run away.
