Entrance: A geyser of water shoots up. When the geyser recedes and the water falls off-stage, Ryota is standing there.
Taunt Up: Assumes a victorious, almost C. Falcon-like pose and says something triumphant.
Taunt Side: Pulls out an orange gun, says "bang" and recoils his arm like he shot a gun and a trickle of water flies out of his water-pistol.
Taunt Down: Water falls onto him from above and he relishes in the rain.
Special Attacks:
While looking for a picture I found a page of apparently somebody else who wants Ryota as a Smasher, some of the moves were inspired by those on this person's list, as such I feel it proper to include a link to this page: www.gamespot.com/pages/unions/read_article.php?topic_id=25884129&union_id=12582
Up B: Dolphin Kick - Performs a flipping-kick, launching water at foes as he rises upward.
B: Hydro Punch - This is a hold-and-release (Marth B) styled move. Holding B will put Ryota into a charging position, his punching fist clenched and himself in a before-punch stance. His arm shakes back and forth in a steady beat as it charges. As the player holds B they will notice that Ryota's arm is steadily becoming encased in water. When the button is released he will launch a powerful punch, with strength determined by how long B was held. If an enemy is not hit, the water charged on Ryota's arm will blast forward and do the same amount of damage to foes, but with only a fraction of the knock-back.
Smash B: Whirlpool - Performs a moving air spinning kick with his arms outstretched to the fingers. Water flows from his fingers and feet. Basically the move looks like Rock Lee's "Leaf Whirlwind" from the Clash of Ninja series, with water replacing the leaves and wind.
Down B: Ripple Wave - Ryota clenches his fists and half-crouches, then quickly releases himself, unleashing a wave of ripples in all directions. Unlike the wake, the ripples knock foes back and deal damage.
Final Smash: Tidal Wave - A wave washes over the field, knocking players back. After the wave has passed the stage will remain wet and slippery for some time.
