Name: Wendy O'Koopa Game: Super Mario Bros. 3, 1988 Extreme Attack: Pipe Bomb (Yoshi's Safari + Super Mario World) - About five warp pipes grow from the ground. Wendy pops out of one and throws a bomb at the enemy. The bomb is small and the enemy kicks it aside, but when they look up they see Wendy Dolls (Homage to SMW) instead of Wendy, all of which throws a super sized bomb to destroy the enemy. Special Attack: Up B: Spoiled Fortress (SMB3) - Goes into shell and turns vertically (Head of shell is pointing up) and spins quickly while blasting upwards. - The name goes with the fact that Bowser constantly spoils Wendy rotten.B: Magic Ring (SMB3) - Flicks her wand which sends out a magic (candy cane) ring that bounces around the stage until it hits somebody or floats off into space. B Smash: Balls of Fire - Slides around in her shell, which turns into a mass of burning flame. (Taken from the Royal Koopa Family's natural ability to create fire) Down B: 4-Way (M&L: SSS) - Creates three see-through images of herself which disappear quickly. They are only good for blocking projectiles. Stats Speed: 3/5 Power: 3/5 Jump: 2/5 Fall: 3/5 Size: 3/5 Weight: 3/5 Traction: 4/5

I'm not a fan of Popra, but the rest of the moves are awesome.
I'd rename the Up-B, though. The Koopa Kids INVENTED the Fortress move, it'd be called that most likely.

It's not really Swirling Fortress, while Swirling Fortress has Bowser facing to the side, the Up-B for Wendy has her facing upwards (Rotating the shell)
Also, I liked Popra, it would be similar to Jigglypuff's Sing attack (At least, with the effects) but instead of causing sleep, it causes damage. It's Wendy's defensive attack.

Yes, but technically, Bowser was using a stylized version of his children's move.
I know, but Popra doesn't seem right to me. And technically, they all have an interest in music for one obvious reason. Check with her oldest brother for that reason.

Maybe excess magic from creating the illusions can cause slight damage.

Actually, her stats don't seem to fit her. She's a Koopaling, she'd kinda be forced into having better power and a greater weight than some characters. I'd say size 4, weight 4, power 4, jump 2, speed 2.

I said the size was 3 because she's as tall as Mario, or shorter.
Weight would be 3, 4 is almost Bowser-ish and you need to remember that she isn't full grown. Same with power, this is the reasoning behind my stats.

A teenager shorter than or as tall as a little kid? That's unlikely. Junior, her younger brother, is as tall as Mario, otherwise, he'd not be able to make the Shadow Mario disguise work. Also, it's been shown in the transformation, Junior doesn't change in height much at all. Naturally, she'd have to be taller than Mario, then, probably a 4, because she's certainly not as tall as Bowser himself.
Also, Bowser, being the heaviest character available in Melee, takes 5. So, even though she's not fully grown, she's pretty well grown, so she'd be about 4 (around the weight of Link or Samus). As for power, 4 would also make sense because she's certainly not gonna be weak if she's the daughter of Bowser, the second strongest character available in Melee (DK being the strongest).

We can argue for hours about fictional character heights, so I'm just going to make a size-chart and be done with it. Included are: Mario, the standard for size 3 Baby Bowser, who is the size of Bowser JR Wendy, to show compared with others Link, the standard for size 4 Bowser, the standard for size 5 Now from this we can see that Wendy is only a little taller then Mario, but also a little shorter then Link. However the only part above the blue line, which represents Size 3, are about 4 pixels of her bow. Also, we see that Baby Bowser (Representing Bowser JR) is very large for his age. Now you've said that Bowser JR is Size 3, however he too should be a size 4 according to this chart. If Mario is as tall as size 3 can go, then all of the Koopa family should be a size 4. This being the case, yes, you were right about Wendy being size 4, however wrong with BB/BJR's size. Also, seeing as it is merely her bow (and BJR/BB's case eyebrows and hair) it shouldn't count as her actual physical height, as these articles in height can be blown downwards by the winds on some stages (Take the StarFox levels for example.) You also see that Wendy is a little skinnier then half of Bowser. I'd say that she'd weigh much less, around a weight of 3, given this. Unless of course, those shells are fifty pounds. But also, she is always trying to look her best, as seen within her personality and in-game (as well as off-game) information. She is probably the lightest of the entire Koopa Klan. Her strength could probably, however, be raised to a four. At least physical hand-to-hand strength. And actually, she can easily dispose of Mario and Luigi if she ever got a hold of them. this would also justify her strength being brought to a four. So in the end her stats altering should look like: Height: 3-4 depends if you count the bow or not. Weight: 3-4 depending on how heavy those damned shells are. Strength: 4 as she can easily destroy Mario. In the end, either one of us could be right or wrong.
