These are from other 3rd-Party companies besides SEGA, Konami, Capcom, and Hudson Soft. They all have appeared on Nintendo consoles.
First off, it's one of Sunsoft's characters.
Name: Gimmick
First Game Appearance: Gimmick! (a.k.a. Mr. Gimmick in Europe)
Owner: Sunsoft
BRIEF INFO:
At the same time when the candles at Mary’s birthday-cake were lit, her dad carefully pushes a present on the table that he bought a few days from an old antic store. Mary’s dad passed by the shop one day, and felt sorry for the owner that never had any costumers, so he bought a thing there. The old man said it was very, very old. Mary’s father felt sorry for the old man and bought it, don’t knowing what the toy really was. Mary’s dad had just bought a magic item with mystic forces called Gimmick. Mary was very happy when she opened the present and she was so happy for the present, that she played with it all the day. But when Mary went to bed then something weird happened that evening. Her other toys suddenly were alive. They were very angry because she didn’t play with them any longer. They crawled up to her bed and carried her away to a mystic land. But the present, Gimmick followed the other toys to save the girl. He jumped quickly after them to the unknown land before the window closed. Now, Gimmick armed only with his magic stars, saved Mary from the evil forces in the enchanted country.
STATUS:
Power: 3/5
Size: 1/5
Jump: 4/5
Speed: 3/5
Weight: 2/5
SPECIAL MOVES:
B: Star Toss (Gimmick spawns a star that is about the same size as himself, and throws it straight forward. Similar to Mario's Fireball, but bounces higher and gives a bit more damage.)
Forward + B: Red Vial (Gimmick drops a Red Vial that will transform into a couple of small fireballs that move straight forward in the shape of a snake and a letter "S" sideways, without touching the ground).
Down + B: Black Vial (Similar to Yoshi's and Bowser's Down+B moves, but this is an item. Gimmick throws the Black Vial in the air, while it transforms into a bomb, falls to the ground, and explodes. Damaging anyone near it.)
Up + B: Star Ride (Same as the Star Toss, but this one makes Gimmick ride on it. It will curve upward, and if it lands on stage, it will not bounce as high as it was by itself.)
SUPER SMASH MOVE: Starburst (Gimmick spawns a star that is six times as large as himself, then throws it straight upward while it explodes into many small stars that will hit many opponents on stage.)
Taunt: Thinks about Mary, just like in the end of Video 1.
Entrance: Jumps out of a square-shaped warp way in thin air.

Next off, it's one of SNK-Playmore's.

Name: Terry Bogard
First Game Appearance: Fatal Fury (also appeared in the King of Fighters series)
Owner: SNK
BRIEF INFO:
Terry Bogard is the main character of the Fatal Fury series. Without a doubt, Terry is SNK's most recognizable and enduring character, often used as a mascot. He has appeared in every single Fatal Fury game, every single King of Fighters game, and is one of the characters of choice to symbolize the company in crossover games, merchandise and publicity. He appears to fit many Japanese stereotypes for an American character, both in appearance and personality.
SPECIAL MOVES:
B: Power Wave (One of Terry's trademark techniques, this move is performed when Terry strikes the ground with such impact, implanting his chi into the ground, the ground is set ablaze with Terry's chi like a wave of water. This energy wave is around 7 feet wide and about 8 feet high. The wave produces temperatures up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit while the front of the wave packs a concussive force of up to 1500lbs per square inch, and travels up to 250 feet. A very devastating attack. Another version of this moves is called a Round wave, which doesn't travel at all but is used as a counter to a charging opponent.)
Forward+B: Burn Knuckle (This technique is another one of Terry's trademark techniques. He concentrates his chi to surround his fist like a glove. The chi around his hand drags him forward at blinding speeds and hits his opponents with pin-point precision and accuracy. The concussive force of this blow is not known, but it can easily knock large cars and trucks over on their sides, and knock large holes through brick walls with ease.)
Up+B: Rising Tackle (Terry performs this move to counter aerial combatants and those who like to jump. As he sees his opponent leaping towards him, he leaps to meet his opponent in the air. Only thing he inverts his body, while using his chi and his natural strength to create an inverted whirlwind-type of attack as he spins himself furiously while extending his hands. This technique can knock his opponents even higher and causing them to fall from great heights. He can also do this technique from a crouching position unto an unsuspecting opponent who foolishly tries to attack him while he's on his knees.)
Down+B: Power Geyser (This technique is one of Terry's most powerful moves. This technique, which is similar to the Power Wave, is more of a close-ranged attack but is much more powerful. Terry thrust his fist to the groung with such impact and force strong enough to create a small crater, his chi travels from his hands to the ground creating a radius of expolosive energy around him. This energy projected from the ground upward and outward within a 150 feet radius with a concussive force of up to 2000lbs per square inch, and temperature setting of a 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, knocking his opponents higher and farther than they'd want to go often ending the match. This is the move he defeated Krauser with. This is a desperation move and once done, he cannot repeat it for hours or even days and leaves him physically and mentally drained.)
SUPER SMASH MOVE: Buster Wolf (This is Terry's most powerful technique. This move is done within absolute desperation. This technique is exactly the same as the Burning Knuckle technique, but done with much greater force. The energy glove around his hand at the time of impact is 10X bigger than normal, and is assumed 8 to 10 times more powerful. A very devastating technique, and one Terry wishes to never use unless the need for it is an absolute certainty. This move physically and mentally drains him of nearly all his chi and his strength. Once done, he cannot perform the move again for days or even weeks at a time.)
Taunt: Takes his hat off, sweeps the dust off his pants, and puts it back on.
Entrance: Walks in, while he straightens his cap and shouts "HEY! C'MON C'MON!"

Forward+B: Dragon Knee (Sends a powerful knee attack diagonally upward. It is a close range move.)
Down+B: Dragon Uppercut (Sends a blue, fiery uppercut that is a bit more powerful than Captain Falcon's Forward+B move, but it's not a dashing move, it's a close range move.)
Up+B: Whirlwind Kick (Jumps in the air and does a spinning kick)
SUPER SMASH MOVE: Double Dragon (Puts the nearest opponent in between themselves, while they perform all of the most powerful Sou-Setsu-Ken moves, which would look like the Brutalities in the Mortal Kombat series, except no exploding bodies.)
