Okay, so, you'll probably have noticed that several characters are confusing (excluding the coded ones.) For example, Pichu's heal skill. Here's a bit of an over-view as to what's going on.
1. Extreme attacks: Donkey Kong's Extreme sucks right now. I need an edit. I'm also open for suggestions on several characters. 2. Pichu: Okay, so, Pichu can possibly heal himself by ducking. Notice that, in Melee, when he ducks, he falls asleep. So, when he ducks in Brawl, it's shown as him using Rest in a more pure form 5% of the time. It's a counter to the chances of hurting himself. 3. Pichu Extreme: Present wasn't explained too well on the site. Let's clarify. He basically breaks the Brawl Ball and gives it to the enemy. The enemy uses their Extreme, but it backfires.
Any more questions? I'll answer ASAP.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind Pichu doing that.
1. I haven't looked at DK's yet. I haven't looked at any of them actaully. I thought they would just be the same as SBO's.
2. Yeah, I wouldn't mind Pichu doing that.
3. I thought Pichu would just be like a big Electric thing.

1. I've posted it..on a different thread. My idea. 2. Good job on that. 3. That doesn't sound like Pichu. More like...Mr. Game and Watch or...someone else.

Present is an egg-move for Pichu. In competition, it gives cute points. It's to add to his obnoxious cuteness while still managing a powerful move. Remember, I'm trying to de-clone.

The second Pichu will attempt to break the Brawl Ball, and it blows up on him.
