Name: Pacman
Game: Pacman
Nintendo Debut: Pacman (NES)
Pacman is known far and wide as the face of the oldschool videogames. He is also the savior of the videogame crisis in the 80's, when the industry itself was in danger. He hasn't aged well, unfortunatly, his recent 3D platform titles haven't been the greatest. Despite this, he still has many arcade-style games that are enjoyable, even today. Pacman Arrangement, Ms. Pacman and the original Pacman are among my favorite games.
Stats:
Size: 4/10
Weight: 3/10
Strength: 5/10
Speed: 6/10
Jump: 5/10
Fall: 3/10
Traction: 5/10
Entrance: 8-Bit Pacman fades onto the screen, then slowly evolves into his modern-day self.
Taunt: His classic thumbsup.
Special Attacks:
Up B: Flight Cap - Pac will blast upward while rolling as a ball. During this attack he is equipped with the winged Link-like hat from Pac n' Roll.
B: Sling - Pacman pulls out a slingshot. The attack acts like Link's bow, but uses a slingshot for the bow and a power pellet for the arrow.
Smash B: Pachomp - Pachomp is what Pacman is known for: chomping. He leans forward a bit, opening his massive maw. Then CHOMP, he brings his mouth to a close, takinig a bite out of near-by foes.
Down B: Rev Roll - Hold Down and B to make Pacman spin rapidly. Releasing these controls launches him forward at an amazing speed. He bounces back into his fighter stance after hitting enemies and can't turn around. The move can be cancelled by pressing Up.
Final Smash: Pac Snack - What's this? A Power Pellet? It is! Pacman chomps down on his favorite dish! He can feel the power flow through him! His arms and legs seem to get pulled into himself, leaving him a floating, chomping mouth. His foes turn blue, their faces white with a disturbed and frightened expression. Pacman can move freely about the stage as a floating chomping machine. Chomping on your blue-colored foes sends them a great distance!
