In urban and suburban stages, Eevee takes on the form of Espeon. Such stages include Smashville and Fourside.
Moves
Up-B: Quick Attack Same as Eevee's, but does no damage. B: Psybeam Espeon fires a beam of psychic energy that may stun the enemy. Side-B: Swift Espeon fires a star of light. Quickly tapping the control stick fires more stars. Down-B: Morning Sun Espeon glows for 3 seconds. All attacks heal Espeon except for attacks that would freeze (which still don't freeze,) and fire attacks heal double. Final Smash: Future Sight Espeon's eyes glow, then, after 10 seconds, a psychic blast streaks across that position from the background. Taunt: Espeon twitches it's tail, looks at the camera, paws the ground lightly, and says "Esp!"
Stats Speed: 7/10 Power: 3/10 Jump: 8/10 Fall: 5/10 Size: 5/10 Weight: 5/10 Traction: 3/10

Okay, this one is hard.
Quick Attack not doing damage is because of the stats or something?
Psybeam is okay, I guess. However, I'm not sure if that Swift would be too comfortable to fire as Forward + B. But both moves make sense and Espeon in the anime do use them.
Espeon is definitely a Future Sighter, as mentioned on its Pokédex entries. I must say that even though I don't like its Final Smash, I can't think of a better alternative.

Quick Attack: No, it was more of a counter-balance to Morning Sun. Swift: What if it was however long you hold the button, so as long as you press B, Espeon shoots? Future Sight: Then what about an alternative to style? Anything for it?

Swift: What if it was however long you hold the button, so as long as you press B, Espeon shoots? What? I didn't understand that part. Future Sight: Then what about an alternative to style? Anything for it? None, I think it's alright because many other Pokémon have Psychic, but few learn Future Sight and can be identified with it. Sakurai seems to be thinking the other way around about Pokémon that have a Trainer... But if Eevee was a standalone Pokémon, this is what should be done.

Swift: What if it was however long you hold the button, so as long as you press B, Espeon shoots? What? I didn't understand that part. I mean, if you hold the B button, Espeon fires another star. Perfect analogy: Diddy's Peanut Popgun. Okay, that's fine with me.

What? I didn't understand that part. I mean, if you hold the B button, Espeon fires another star. Perfect analogy: Diddy's Peanut Popgun. I see... That could work. I'd still rather have it as Neutral B, though.
