Name: Jugem's Cloud
Game: Super Mario Bros, 1985
This is the cloud that the Koopa bomber, Lakitu, rides around in. The cloud is activated like any other item, press A when next to it. However, instead of picking up the item and tossing it, the user hops into the cloud. Once in the cloud, the user has free-roam over any place on the screen, up, down, all around. This is because the cloud can fly. The user uses the control stick to move the cloud, and can jump off the cloud at anytime. While in the cloud you can use your special attacks, shield and grapple but cannot grab items or use the a attacks.
This is because pressing A causes the character to toss down a red Spiny Egg. When on contact with the ground, the Spiny Egg well unroll into a Spiny. The Spiny can be attacked, but jumping on it will cause 5% damage, and if it bumps into anybody, it will cause 5% damage as well. If a player is hit with the falling Spiny Egg they will recieve 10% damage. The Spiny will walk off a cliff instead of disappearing, this means that tossing it into a walled area is probably a good idea. The Spiny can harm it's user.
There is a 20% chance of dropping a Green Spiny Egg, a type of egg found only in Super Mario Bros. 3. This egg does not hatch, but instead locks onto a target and chases it, though the egg cannot jump. It is much faster then a normal Spiny, as well as being stronger. A falling green egg will cause 10% damage, and if any player touches it AT ALL they will recieve 10% damage. The egg can be destroyed with projectile items or by a series of long-distance attacks like Mario's fireballs. The egg does not fall off the cliff, and gives up it's chase after about 10 seconds. If the player jumps off the cliff in an attempt to lure the egg, it will not fall and will simply wait by the edge. Once the target is selected, the egg will not change targets.
The cloud itself will disappear in about 20 seconds, so it's probably wise for the user to not ride to far from the stage.
