Who remembers this submission? Ah, good times. Good times. Anyways. Here's the scoop. The item in itself is a key, rather than Phanto himself, making this item a tad different. It works kinda like this. You pick up the key. Ooh, wow. Big whoop. You hit A and you throw it. Surprise. It hits the enemy and, while doesn't do anything to them, they obtain the key. Now, that'd seem kinda stupid, but what happens is that they're marked, leaving them a 5 second window of hot potato to ditch the key by running into another character, otherwise, they'll be attacked by Phanto for 20 damage.
