Ah, the TMs from the PKMN games. Useful for those PKMN who don't even learn an attack through breeding, or if you're like me, you selfishly protect them cuz you collect them =P
Well, W(hy)TF am I explaining that here, this is a SSBB fan site, and this is the item submission section, so I've got to submit this as an item...where to start....
Item: TMs*
*: not all of the TM's will be used

Size: Same as a Pokeball
Game: Pokemon (these TM's are from PKMN Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald)
TM 04: Calm Mind
Raises the Effectiveness, Power and Resistance against Special Attacks of all the Special Attacks (B attacks) for 15 seconds
How to tell it is this TM: An aura will envelop the users head
SSBB Effect:
TM 06: Toxic
Pick up this TM, and throw it at an enemy. If it hits a foe, I sticks to the foe and he will take an increasing amount of damage for 5-7 seconds, starting with 2%.
How to tell it is this TM: The TM is bubbly, purple, and when it hits a foe, the foe becomes a shade of purple and starts to bubble, like in PKMN, the toxic around him
SSBB Effects:
TM 07: Hail
Grab this TM and it will disappear. Then, storm clouds will fill this top of the screen for 1 minute and it will start to pelt ice the size of Mario's Fire Balls. They to 3-5% if hit, and if they land on the ground and don't break, they can be picked up and thrown for the same amount of damage
How to tell it is this TM: It has a mist around it and dissappears when picked up. Has a design that looks like a piece of hail
SSBB Effect:
TM 08: Bulk Up
Raises the Power of and Resistance against "A" attacks for 15 seconds
How to tell it is this TM: Arms and Legs will slightly Bulge
SSBB Effect:
TM 12: Taunt
Throw this TM at some one else and it will make them use their taunt, leaving them vulnerable to attack. *RARE*
How to tell it is this TM: A dark shadow enshrouds this TM. A black hologram will be constantly reproduce the holder's taunt around the holder of the TM if the holder is not moving.
SSBB Effect:
TM 14: Blizzard
When grabbed, it disappears. Then, from either Left or Right (completely random), a huge Blizzard, the length of Final Destination, will come and hit all characters on the field, except the user. 10% chance of Freezing someone. *RARE*
How to tell it is this TM: It'll have a design of PKMN's ice crystals.
SSBB Effect:
TM 16: Light Screen
User gets a pink shield that covers the front side of the character and reduces damage from the B attacks. Broken by TM 31, Brick Break.
How to tell it is this TM: A circular pink Shield covers the front part of the user and TM before picked
SSBB Effect:
TM 19: Giga Drain
Lasts for 20 seconds. When the user grabs a foe, and PUNCHES him (not throw), the user will drain and replenish % from the foe *RARE*
How to tell it is this TM: The only Green TM, causes the user's hands to glow Green
SSBB Effect:
TM 20: Safeguard
Protects against the special abilities from the B attack done by the foes, like Cape Flipping and Shield Breaking, for 15 seconds
How to tell it is this TM: 3 Circular, slightly see-through discs go around the user, the top and bottom ones moving up and down while the middle doesnt move
SSBB Effect:
TM 26: Earthquake
Every time the user of this TM has it with him lands on the ground, and earthquake the extension of Bowser will happen, causing about 7% and throws the foes up. It can be dropped and picked up and used by some other character, just like the Screw Ball
How to tell it is this TM: The user's Feet will glow Brown
SSBB Effect:
TM 31: Brick Break
Adds the Chance of breaking Shields with Smashes, the longer the charged, the better the chance. Instantly breaks Reflect and Light Screen. *RARE*
How to tell it is this TM: Users Hands glow a lighter brown than Earthquake's glow
SSBB Effect:
TM 32: Double Team
A lvl 7 clone of the user will appear behind the user and act as a slave for 30 seconds. *RAREST*
How to tell it is this TM: Hello? There's and F-ing clone behing you...
SSBB Effect:
TM 33: Reflect
User gets a yellow shield that covers the front side of the character and reduces damage from the A attacks except Smashes. Broken by TM 31, Brick Break.
How to tell it is this TM: A Cicular Yellow shield covers the front part of the user and TM before picked
SSBB Effect:
TM 34: Shock Wave
When used, an extending blast of electricity will radiate from where the user used the TM, getting to the length of 1.5 Bowsers, and dissipating. Pushes Enemies away from the point of execution
How to tell it is this TM: The TM surges undamaging electricity around itself
SSBB Effect:
TM 36: Sludge Bomb
Thrown and will explode, spewing poison all over. If the bomb landed on a foe, the foe takes damage and has a 30% chance of getting poisoned for 5-7 seconds. If it missed, the floor is left slippery like Fourside's Alien Craft...thing...
How to tell it is this TM: Has a wick growing from it, and is purple
SSBB Effect:
TM 46: Thief
Effect will not go away until it actually does it. When used, the next time the user hits a foe with an A attack and this foe has an item not thrown, the user of the TM will steal the item held by the foe, but not its effect if it was already used, example: Heart Container recovering the foe in the moment the attack connects.
How to tell it is this TM: Becomes a Tattoo on the user when picked up
SSBB Effect:
TM 48: Skill Swap
Foe switches a random stat (speed, traction, power, etc) with the closest foe for 20 seconds or until the user of the TM loses a life
How to tell it is this TM: Fists glow pink (psychic's color)
SSBB Effect:
TM 49: Snatch
Steals the the effect of a random B attack from the enemy for 20 seconds and adds it to the A attack, <A> Attack or the Smash Attack (random)
Examples: [Example 1 is a positive way it could work, E2 is a negative way]
1) The flipping in Mario's <B> added to a standard A, fliping the foe everytime the foe is hit.
2) The no-Flinching of Fox's Blaster added to a Smash, leaving you vunerable
