Stage submission, this time! Name: Hornet Hole General location: Krazy Kremland From: Donkey Kong Country 2 Year: 1995 System: SNES Pics: they are not great, but it's better than nothing This stage is set in a huge beehive. The ceiling is too high to be seen on the screen, which allows you to make star-KOs. There is a pit on each side of the stage, as well, but walls on the far left and far right of the screen prevent you from doing side KOs. The main area is not really flat, as there is a small hill in the center. Use it strategically to win more easily. On certain spots, the ground is covered with sticky honey. Walking on honey is as difficult as walking on the oil spilt in SSBM's Flat Zone stage. Hovering above this main area, there are groups of honey combs on which you can stand. As these honey combs doesn't have a regular flat shape, it's not always easy to fight on them. If you smash hard enough the honey combs, the full ones will release a flow of honey onto the ground. Sometimes, Zingers, the hornets you can see on the pics, will fly around the stage, trying to sting the fighters, damaging them for 8%. Watch out for the red Zingers, who are even more dangerous.
