A Kirby stage, this time!!
[glow=red,2,300]Stage[/glow]
Name: Candy Constellations
Region: Mirror Country
From: Kirby and the Amazing Mirror
Year: 2004
System: GBA
[glow=red,2,300]Note[/glow]
There are nine different worlds in KAM, but I decided to submit first the Candy Constellations. Why? Because the bosses of this world are... Master Hand and Crazy Hand. The demented gloves used in the game the same moves as in SSBM, and swallowing Master Hand (who also appeared several times in the game as a mini-boss) allowed Kirby to use his SSBM moves. So, SSB cameos in Candy Constellations implies Candy Constellations cameos in SSB, don't you agree?
[glow=red,2,300]Sprite Map[/glow]
Definitely not a very good map, and the background is horrible. But at least it shows you the layout and the global look of the stage.
[glow=red,2,300]Description[/glow]
This stage is located in the Candy Constellations. As the name implies, the dusky sky is full of stars. It looks ideal for a star KO. As you can see on the map, there are also pits on the sides of the stage, and another one between the two main areas (I and II).
I: This area is a good place to fight on, since it's rather large. The slopes make the battle slightly harder but it does not really alter the fight. There aren't hazards, either. Just watch out for the pits on each side of this area.
II: This area is even wider, and is also a great place to fight on, despite the small slopes. There is an interesting feature on this area: just below the number II on the map, there is a blue non-solid platform. When you're standing on it, you can drop down from that platform, and you will land in the hollow below. That hollow offers opportunities for an intense battle, because it's
a tiny and enclosed area, but it can also be a hideout to dodge an Extreme attack such as Mario's Extreme, for instance.
III: Just a regular non-solid platform, hovering above the battlefield. Rarely, a Shotzo with a parachute slowly falls from the sky, lands on the platform, and starts shooting at the players. Every Shotzo bullet damages for 2% and knocks foes quite far , just like SSBM's Flippers actually. Shotzo is very resistant, but it is possible to destroy him.
IV: There are several platforms located above the main areas of this stage. While the large hexagonal platforms are solid (it is imposible to jump through them), the slopes that are connecting them are non-solid. It can be tricky to fight on these platforms, even though they are long, as Wheelies will sometimes appear (as you can see on the map) and ram the players, dealing good damage (20%).
In the backgrounds, there are Soarars, Haleys and UFOs crossing the screen from time to time.
