Name: Micaiah
Game: Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn
System: Wii
Micaiah is from the continent of the Fire Emblem universe known as Tellius, along with Ike and his famous rival the Black Knight. Micaiah is one of the main characters, and the main hero for the first part of the story. She acts as a messenger for Lune, the supposed Dark God. She battles with Light Magic, which would make her an excellent foil to the sword-users the Smash series has seen from the Fire Emblem world.
Stats:
Speed: 5/10
Strength: 4/10
Size: 7/10
Weight: 4/10
Jump: 5/10
Fall: 3/10
Traction: 4/10
Entrance: It really suits Micaiah, she'll be using the teleportation magic.
Taunt: Hums a few notes to the Galdr of Release.
Special Attacks:
Up B: Rescue - Taken from an action a unit can perform in the game. A member of the Dawn Brigade or a very select character from chapter one will appear from any side of the screen at an amazing speed. They grab Micaiah's arm, and toss her upwards while swinging their own weapon or some other affect. The possible characters are:
Nolan - The eldest member of the Dawn Brigade. After he tosess Micaiah upwards, he jumps slightly, spinning in a circle with his axe outstretched.
Edward - The Dawn Brigade's sword user. After tossing Micaiah he performs a move similar to Aether.
Leonardo - The archer for the Dawn Brigade, after rescuing Micaiah he'll spin in a spiral, blasting arrows in many downward directions.
Meg - A fat child and daughter of Brom. She joins the Dawn Brigade early on. Her heavy armor makes her the most powerful of the rescues, but she falls very quickly. She simply slashes with her sword.
Laura - Laura joins the Dawn Brigade to repay a debt to them after they help her steal some food. She doesn't damage anybody, but she'll heal Micaiah a little bit.
Aran - Aran is Laura's friend who abandons the Begnion army to protect her. After rescuing Micaiah, he'll use his lance to mimic Marth's recovery.
Note: The characters are used aren't mentionable enough to even be Assists on their own, as they are merely disposable units. However, they play a certain role near the very beginning of the game (Nolan, Edward, Leonardo and Laura) or are important to the Dawn Brigade at some point (Meg [Joins in Info] and Aran [Laura])
B: Thani - Thani is a light magic move unique to Micaiah. In Radiant Dawn, the attack is stronger when used against heavily armored opponents, so this version of the attack will be more powerful against larger and heavier foes. She waves her arm back in the forth slowly through the air, as if she were waving "hi" to someone very slowly. The longer you hold B, the longer this goes on. As she waves a sphere of light will start to grow from slightly above and next to her finger in the direction that she's facing. The longer the charge, the bigger the sphere. Releasing B causes the sphere to impact with the ground, exploding.
Smash B: Ellight - Takes a spinning step while twirls of light surround her. This is an adaptation of an actual move.
Down B: Sacrifice - Sacrifice is really only good in 2P mode. What it does is give Micaiah some damage and take away an equal amount from one of her allies. To make this affective in sing-player matches, the aura of light surrounding her during the attack has an affect: enemies who step into it get the Flower status. The longer they remain in the aura, the bigger the Flower becomes.
Final B: Galdr of Release - Lune (in bird form) will perch on Micaiah's arm as she sings the Galdr of Release. A humongous beam of light blasts downward from the top of the screen, heavily damaging foes caught in it.
