Name: Lina
Game: Doki Doki Panic
Lina is the daughter in Doki Doki Panic. She was replaced by Peach in the American release which was our version of Super Mario Bros 2. In DDP, Lina could float like Peach, this ability will be removed from my submission.
<No good image at this point in time. I do have sprites to show you, though.>
This sprite sheet is important for visual referenes...
Stats:
Speed: 6/10
Strength: 3/10
Size: 4/10
Weight: 3/10
Jump: 6/10
Fall: 3/10
Traction: 9/10
Entrance: A magic lamp (seen in sheet) falls from above and creates a cloud of smoke in the shape of a door. When the smoke clears, why it is a door my dears! Lina opens up and steps out, the door vanishing behind her.
Taunt Up: Cheers happily and waves energetically at the screen.
Taunt Side: Twirls in a circle on one foot and drops a veggie out of her pocket.
Taunt Down: Holds up a bomb from DDP that comically explodes in her face (doing no damage to anyone) with the "BOM" explosion sprite. She is cartoonishly covered in black sut except for eyes, which she shakes off.
Up B: Pidget - Swoops upwards on Pidget's flying carpet.
B: Tibal Mask - She overhead (exactly like in the game) tosses one of the tribal masks (mushrooms) at foes.
Smash B: POW! - Underhand tosses a POW block (stylized to look like the DDP ones) forward. On contact it DOESN'T shake the ground but unleashes mini-shockwaves. Enemies hit with the bottom of the POW block are buried.
Down B: Veggie - Clone of Peach's attack with the exception that she pulls out hammers on occasion.
Final Smash: Sub Space - No not the Subspace Emissary. Sub Space in both SMB2 and DDP is an inverted version of the current scene with blue and black colors. Basically the move is the same, with one difference. All while in Subspace no items fall and no hazards appear except... THE GIANT TRIBAL MASK!
Nothing can avoid the terrible giant mask that was replaced by the falcon head in the US version. This thing swoops down and takes chomps out of foes.
