There are various non-Legendary wild Pokemon that could be with a fair amount of accuracy be considered Bosses. One such Pokemon is the ghost Marowak of Lavender Tower. This isn't necessarily the same Marowak, but Marowak's plot-tastic use makes it very interesting a thought.
Name: Marowak
Game: Pokemon Red/Blue
Year: 1998
Moves
Up-B: Bone Club
Marowak leaps up, bone held under body, then swings the bone up at the top of the jump.
B: Bonemerang
Marowak throws the bone in its hand like a boomerang. The bone flies up in a high arc (reminiscent of the Boomerang Bros. of SMB3,) then whips around and comes back to Marowak. The biggest difference (besides trajectory) between Marowak's Bonemerang and, say, Link's old Boomerang attacks? Marowak always catches the bone as it returns.
Side-B: Skull Bash
Marowak leans down, building power in its legs. Then, on release, Marowak sprints forward, head out, in a racing headbutt that slams enemies hard. In the air, it works the same as Pikachu's in that Marowak leaps forward.
Down-B: Thrash
Marowak swings the bone around in a fury, smacking anyone in the way. Though strong and with a fair bit of knockback, there is one key weakness to this move: After use, Marowak becomes dazed briefly (the longest the daze can take is two seconds, but Marowak recovers faster after taking more damage, taking 10 milliseconds at 200 damage or more.)
Final: Bone Rush
This attack is rather similar to Link's Triforce Slash, but with a key difference: Rather than hitting anyone in a certain range, Marowak rushes for the nearest target. The attack is forceful, but the final hit is a meteor, so the enemy can only be KO'd in two scenarios, either if the first hit was over a pit or if they have taken a certain amount of damage prior to the attack.
Taunts
Up-Taunt: Marowak throws the bone in the air and catches it, saying "Maro, Marowak!"
Side-Taunt: Marowak points the bone forward, threateningly saying "Wak Marowak."
Down-Taunt: Marowak raises the bone with two hands and chants "Marowak Maro!"
Entrance: Marowak falls on stage, swinging with the bone.
