No, this isn't what you'd initially think. I am not officially terminating either SBL the site or SBL the forums. In fact, I'm not terminating either in any fashion. Nor am I leaving SBL behind. But I'm putting too much work into SBL. I find your lack of activity most disturbing. SBL, whether by accident or design, has become a ghost town. It's dead. It pains me to say it, but it's true. SBL is dead, there's no getting around it. I refuse to let SBL continue it's route of total emptiness. Prior to this post, the last post was on the 29th of July, 2008. By me. Yeah. Me. On the day of posting, it has been a week since the last post. I could understand this under normal circumstances, but this is becoming too common. I am most displeased, especially with the planned music update originally being scheduled for today. Because of the lack of folks, SBL's music update will have to wait until December if it's even plausible then. So, I apparently have to take drastic measures. No questions asked, if by January 1, 2009, I have not seen improvement (to which I mean an average of one post per day, and my posts won't count,) SBL Forums will be shut down (of your posts, I will save the submissions, but that is all,) and a new forum will be opened. The only rule is that you post constructively relative to he thread. For the unnamed individuals unaware of what I mean by constructively (you know who you are,) it means no spam and that sincerity and obvious contemplation must be put into the post. Copy-and-paste fill-outs are neither sincere nor thoughtful, and will not be counted towards the average.
Sincerely,
Shrikeswind
