Thing is, it's only in the planning version right now. I plan on doing 3 SSBRPGs. One for each game.
I am starting with 64 first.
I am open for suggestions in the following list:
Story(I've thought of one, but you can make suggestions for changes)
enemies
bosses

Max level(mine is 45, but I am open for this)
Along with the 12 characters from the first SSB, I will add 3 extra characters(one of which will be 3rd party). It has to meet the following conditions.
1. What type of weapon they can use: Can they use swords, explosives, or different weapons? Can they equip 1 or 2 weapons? Each character can have nine weapons.
2. First game appearance: They must make their first appearance before SSB64 came out. That means there is no luck on Ike, or Dark Samus. Someone like Marth, or Diddy Kong I will think about.
3. What skills they can use: Can they use healing skills, offensive skills, stat-boosting skills, or skills that can poison, or stun, etc.? Don't forget to add their special moves within their skills. And also, when do they learn it?
4. What is their Super attack: This is something I thought of. It's a skill, but it is better in some way. What does it do? Does it attack one enemy? multiple enemies? is it a guranteed kill? Does it require one turn before using it? (Note: it can't be their FS from Brawl). I've thought of conditions of learning it as well.
1. they must be at least at level 30.
2. they must have all 3 special attacks within their skills list.
3. you must go to a certain area to learn it.(Which I may mention later)
5. What is their starting level: Don't have Diddy start at level 37 at the beginning of the game. try to make the characters at a decent level depending on when you get them.
(example: level 17 when facing enemies to the point that you need to be at least level 17 or slightly higher)
6. What are their starting stats: Again, try to give slightly balanced stats to the character. Try not to make them broken, but try not to make them practically unplayable.
7. What are their strong points and weak points in their stats: There are 5 stats in this game I am planning.
(HP, Attack, Special attack, Defense, and Speed)
What stat increases better? What stat increases worse?
An example is Link. His strong points would probably be Attack, Defense, and HP. But his weak points may be Special attack, and Speed.
8. Of course, when do you get them: Depending on what you've listed on their starting level and starting stats, I will work on when you get them.
After you decide who you want to suggest, PM me. I want to let it be a suprise on who makes the cut. Remember, I'm accepting two 1st party characters, and one 3rd party character.

Squitter: He will shoot webs at all of the enemies. It may also stun them.
Squawks: He will blind the enemies with the light he holds, which will make their attacks less accurate.
Parry: This is a dud.

Story: It is a peaceful, yet sad day in the Mushroom Kingdom. The Koopa army hasn't attacked in a month. It's almost as if they have ended their ways. Inside the Mushroom Kingdom, is Luigi talking to Peach about Mario's whereabouts. Coincedentaly, Mario has been missing for about a month. Luigi was worried about Mario's whereabouts. Suddenly, a disquieting sound has occured. Luigi runs outside to see the Koopa army marching toward the castle, but something was wrong. The army is much larger than it normally was back then. They declared war against the Mushroom Kingdom, since Mario was gone. So Luigi sets out to stop Bowser.
