Okay, so I understood you kinda right, but not totally.
You know, I think that there's some kind of chance that the Japan-Only characters might actually be replaced by American successes if NoA doesn't like 'em. It's entirely possible that Marth and Roy could have been replaced by characters like Tinstar or Mike Anderson. I wouldn't be entirely surprised either way, but it'd be a nice little shock anyway.
Didn't Battle Clash bots make it to the Trophy Room? I'm not sure, but I think they did. Either that or I'm just losing it.

Didn't Battle Clash bots make it to the Trophy Room? I'm not sure, but I think they did. Either that or I'm just losing it. You're probably thinking of the three custom robos from Custom Robo V2 that appeared as trophies: Ray Mk II, Annie, and Bayonette. The Battle Clash/Metal Combat bots (which are actually called "Standing Tank"s or "ST"s) that I'm talking about are these for example: ST Falcon ST Garam ST Tornado ST Garam Mk II ST Majin ST Thanatos ST Spika These aren't all of the STs, but I'm too lazy to post all of them. They are listed in the Wikipedia articles for Battle Clash and Metal Combat: Falcon's Revenge. Perhaps Sakurai would keep the clone-creating idea, probably to make Japan-Only characters with the original movesets only for the Japanese version SSBB, while copying and modifying them into America-Only and/or more worldwide characters with clone movesets for worldwide versions. Just like how Nintendo turned Panel de Pon into Tetris Attack, and Doki Doki Panic into the American Super Mario Bros. 2 (Super Mario USA in Japan).

Yeah, currently it only has a how-to-play, a single stage (Battlefield,) and the musicians. As time progresses, the site'll be updated.

Looks like the music will be great this time. The stage is better than the Battlefield we've seen in the past 2 games.

Battlefield's background music sounds like a combination of SSBM's "Menu 1" and "Race to the Finish", but it's still good enough to have stuck in your mind.
It's also interesting to have many musicians along with Nobuo Uematsu. It would probably be even better to also include other musicians, such as Hajime Hirasawa (SNES Star Fox), Shinobu Amayake (Stunt Race FX and NES Wario's Woods) Takashi Kumegawa and Masaru Sakakibara (SNES Super Punch-Out!!).

Quite awesome, too. Has a nice feel to it, like the sort of thing you'd expect out of a battle in a good movie. My fullest compliments to Ando & Sakuraba.

There will also be Shogo Sakai and Masaaki Iwasaki, who made the super-awesome OST of Mother 3!!! ;D

New item confirmed: GOOEY BOMB
This item might be related to Kirby's friend, Gooey.

This item might be related to Kirby's friend, Gooey. Did he ever explode? And I like it. It reminds me a little of one of Shrikeswind's ideas, the Phanto mask & key.

No, actually, nothing at all like Gooey the Kirby character. The Gooey Bomb is like the Motion Sensor Bomb, except it sticks to people, too. Kinda like this, apparently. Or this. Kinda like both, actually.

Pit's SSBB promo artwork has been slightly modified. BEFOREAND AFTERAnother thing that has been changed is his emblem. His old emblem was a winged bow with an arrow. Right now, it's just a bow and arrow.
